I'm a yoga teacher currently returned to the US after living a year in India deepening my yoga practice and immersing myself in Indian culture… it was an incredible experience and Im so glad I went for the dream!  Now it's time to create a new home in the US and I'm in the process of exploring where to do that.   Seeking a conscious community in a beautiful place…

Update:
I found 'home' - the North Shore of Kauai - a place of refuge for me for over 20 yrs.  The energy of this island is amazing, and the community is consciously embracing the new paradigm. 

The transformation of consciousness and the world has been a personal dedication.  In addition to teaching yoga, nia, and meditation, I have focused this intention in working with young people, (and working on myself of course!. )
I've been involved in 3 world youth congresses in Hawaii, Morocco, and Scotland and heading to the 4th in Quebec this August.  Before leaving for India I helped form  a non-profit in Hawaii to empower youth to “be the change they want to see in the world”.
